"Το κείµενο αυτό εἶναι καθαρά τεχνικό. Στοχεύει στην ενηµέρωση γύρω απ’ τις τεχνικές ανωνυμίας στο (ντερνετ, µε απλή καὶ όχι εξειδικευμένη γλώσσα. Απευθύνεται σε αυτούς που λαμβάνουν σοβαρά την αυτοπροστασία τους και διατίθενται να εντρυφήσουν σε κάποιες βασικές έννοιες. Απαντάει στη σύγχυση που έχει προκληθεί γύρω απ’ την ασφάλεια του ἴοι, τεκµηριώνει το γιατί να εµπιστευτείς τις μεθόδους που προτείνει, ενώ παράλληλα αποτελεί οδηγὀ ορθής χρήσης των εργαλείων ανωνυμίας. Εἰναι συνολικὀ καθώς σε κρίσιμα ζητήματα η ημιµάθεια µπορεί να αποδειχθεί πιο επικίνδυνη της αµάθειας."
